My client asked me to help move her father from his current home of 3,500 square feet to an independent living facility. His new home would be just 1,900 square feet! In the days right before his big move, his new home was still under construction. Flooring was being installed, countertops were still going in, and there was no backsplash. Construction wrapped up and we moved him in to his new space in just one day! The place was empty in the morning and he had a beautifully decorated home by 8 pm. Her dad was overcome with joy.
